We are not a cosmetic brand or retailer. We do not manufacture or directly sell makeup. We provide personalized recommendations based on your inputs and our technology. Any purchase you make happens with third party sellers.
2. Using FaceGPT
You must be at least 13 years old to use FaceGPT. If you are aged 13 to 18, a parent or guardian should review and approve your use of the platform.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and ensuring that the information you provide is accurate. A clear selfie taken in natural light helps our system work better. A rushed, blurry photo might lead to less accurate suggestions.
When using FaceGPT, you agree not to misuse the service. This includes:

- Uploading harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
- Using the platform for illegal activities
If these rules are violated, we may suspend or terminate access.

4. Recommendations and Limitations
FaceGPT provides product suggestions based on AI analysis of your photo and quiz responses. These are recommendations, not guarantees.
Makeup can look different depending on lighting, skin texture, application method, and even the season. A foundation that looks flawless in daylight may feel different under evening lights. That is normal.
We strive for accuracy, but product shades, availability, and descriptions may change. We are not responsible if a product does not meet your expectations or is discontinued.
